Purchase price of a PET puppy $700.00 balance to be paid prior to puppy pick up or shipping. = MN residents must pay a 6. 5% sales tax. If flying puppy buyer pays all cost. (Airfare, crate, health certificate & gas expense to airport. Usually around $425.00 total shipping) Show/Breeding prospects price will be determined at 8 weeks old but = must have a deposit to hold. If we feel there are no show/breeding prospects in = the litter you chose your deposit would be refunded in full.<= /p>

A deposit in the amount of $100 is required by Weis Shelties to be put on our waiting l= ist to hold a pet puppy of your choice. Once the puppies are three weeks old you must send an ad= ditional $250. The outstanding balance of = $350 + sales tax in Minnesota shall be paid in Cash, or Post= al money order before the purchaser obtains possession of the puppy. Balance on puppy may also be paid with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Pay Pal. Please add 4% to balance of puppy when paying with charge card or pay pal as puppy price reflects cash price. DEPOSITS MUST ACCOMPANY A PHONE CALL/E-MAIL EXPLAINING HOW PUPPY WILL LIVE AND A LITTLE B= IT ABOUT YOURSELF AND FAMILY. THIS DEPOSIT AGREEMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS TO SECURE PLACEMENT IN LINE FOR YOUR CHOICE OF PUPPY AFTER PHO= NE CALL OR E-MAIL.

It has been mutually agreed by both parties that the pup= py will be held until 8 weeks old if we are shipping via the airlines or 7-8 w= eeks if puppy is being picked up at our home unless other arrangements have been made in writing and shown below.

There is NO REFUND on deposits. This deposit signi= fies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy.
